happy life

Good morning! Today's challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity is to include bunting &/or banners in your project.

I have made a layout, all ready for a photo.

Papers: Echo Park ~ This & That: Graceful.

Here is my banner.

The sentiment is from the papers.

It is completed with two little journaling tags, tucked in a pocket.

Thank you for looking.

love bird birdhouse

Good morning! Today I am sharing my project at Everybody Art Challenge, where our theme this week is feathers!

I have been buying up Sizzix dies lately, can't get enough and some of them are great for using up scraps.

For this birdhouse, I used the Sizzix Birdhouse Rounded 3D die. I covered each side of the chipboard with cardstock before cutting out each piece. I also cut out an additional circle base with a Spellbinders die.

Papers: Echo Park ~ Yours Truly.

The little flowers were created with a Martha Stewart die and I added a gem to the centre.

For the fence I used a Magnolia die.

I used a Spellbinders ~ Fancy Framed Tags Two die to accentuate the opening. Added a cute little Prima bird.

On each side I have some cute Papermania feathers.

The right side with the feathers.

Here is the roof!

The butterfly is of course a Tim Holtz butterfly die.

You may notice some glitteryness about this project. I used Tim Holtz ~ Clear Rock Candy Distress Glitter.

This is actually a box and here you can see.

Thank you for looking.

halloween ....little pumpkins

BOO! Hello! It's been a while since I was last here. Took some time out, spent three very lovely, beautiful and sunny weeks in Spain. Had a fantastic time. Now back in time to enjoy the Indian Summer in the UK. Haven't got much crafting done so really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things again.

Anyway, here we are, fast approaching October and 'tis the season ..... Halloween! One of my favourite seasons to craft for!

This week's theme at Crafts 4 Eternity is ANYTHING GOES.

Papers are Echo Park ~ Apothecary Emporium and My Mind's Eye ~ Mischieous collections.

I've used a <u>Martha Stewart ~ Crackle Punch</u> and an <u>EK Success ~ Bat punch</u>.

Love this cute image by Creative Scraps.

And some My Minds Eye Pearl Swirls.

I am going to enter this in at the following challenges:

• Halloween - Crazy for Challenges
• Punches &/or dies - The Corrosive Challenge
• Clean & simple - Allsorts Challenge and Crafty Creations
