Hello all, this week at Crafts 4 Eternity the challenge is to use at least one of the following embellishments: flags, tickets or tags. I have a tag on mine.

Papers: My Mind's Eye ~ Quite Contrary. I've distressed all the edges, inked them up and added some stickles.

I distressed the tag in the same way and added a layered happy sticker, which has been in my stash for year, so I am happy to be able to use it up!

Paris haute couture

 

This week at Crafts 4 Eternity we have a blue & white or blue & cream photo colour inspiration. I have gone for blue & cream and given it a vintage feel.

I have used Graphic 45 ~ Fashionista Collection papers.

I distressed a tag by misting with two colours of Tattered Angels ~ Glimmer Mist and then inking the edges with distress inks. Love the effect this gives.

I then inked up this beautiful Stamp Happen Inc ~ Paris Socialite stamp with denim blue ink and stamped it onto the tag.

I made a matching manila cardstock base for below the spotty paper by spraying and inking in the same way.

The wooden mannequin is by Kaisercraft. That got the same treatment as the tag and then I added some gems and a cork button.

The top of the tag has some silky navy blue ribbon and a Tim Holtz ~ Philosophy Tag. I smudged some gold paint into this to highlight the word and numbers.

i do ... vintage wedding

With sincere apologies, I am very late with my Crafts 4 Eternity DT post this week.

This week's challenge is a sketch which I've rotated anti-clockwise.

Here is my finished piece, for which I am finding it impossible to take a decent photo of the whole piece in the light we have at the moment.

Papers: Graphic 45 ~ Baby 2 Bridecollection.

Felt archway: Prima to which I've added some dimensional flowers.

I've added a Tim Holtz ~ Kraft Glassine Pocket which I've decorated and included some tags in the pocket.

The image is Magnolia ~ Tilda with ~ Veil. As usual, I coloured her with copics and added some stickles to the flowers.

The tags are also by Graphic 45.

baked with love ... vintage recipe album

 

The weeks are whizzing by and here we are back at Friday again. Today's challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity is anything but a card. Maybe my favourite theme :)

 warning: very photo heavy post

I made the 'baked with love' title on the front, by taking a piece of Maya Road chipboard piece, painting it with PaperArtsy ~ Fresco paints and then using rub-ons for the words.

I've used mostly Webster's Pages ~ Sweet Season papers throughout, but I've thrown some other bits & pieces in. These are Christmas papers but I've tried not to have it all looking like Christmas as I wanted it to be a recipe book for the whole year through.

 

I have used both the 12 and 6 inch versions of the paper and lots of kraft paper.

 

Some of the edges have been die cut with a Magnolia ~ Doo Hickey die.

For this page I made a pocket and filled it with some handmade recipe tags.

Hello all and welcome to the weekend ... again.

This week at Crafts 4 Eternity we want to see your shaped cards and projects. So I have made a book spelling out the word LOVE.

This was actually bought as a chipboard book and I just covered it with paper and stuff.

I am so, so glad it is the weekend. Now it would be nice if the sun came out for two days, pretty please.

The challenge this week at Crafts 4 Eternity is a colour challenge coffee & cream.

Here is a notebook I made with these colours.

I made the elaborate metal corner with a Nellie Snellen die. I dabbed it with a bit of paint, as I did the hinge.

The 'remember this' tag is from 7gypsies.

And some doilies with a Bo Bunny butterfly brad.

I twisted the roses together to make the stem.
