WOAHHHH!!! I am SO happy that summer is here ... AT LAST!!! Long may it continue and I promise not to complain that it's 'too hot'!

I'm terribly late again with my project at Crafts 4 Eternity, where this week we have a SPORTY theme. Well after rummaging through my stash, the closest thing I could get to being sporty was this paper with cricket? balls on.

 

I decided to make a photo frame using my Tim Holtz Sizzix ~ Small Easel die which has just arrived. The piece that I've stuck to the frame measures 9" x 9" and it is well supported. All it needs now is a photo.

The papers I've had forever: Cosmo Cricket ~ Lil' Man.

I've decorated it with some MAMBI chipboard pieces which I've had for about three years and never used, but they go so well with this paper.

The image is an old one: Magnolia ~ Edwin with Cap, which I've coloured with copics and there are some stickles on there but they are not showing up too well in this photo.

Promise not to be late next week, as my project is already finished :)

I'm going to pop this in at 'something old, something new': Sweet Stampin.

happy times ring binder folder

Today at Crafts 4 Eternity we have an embellishment recipe challenge .... use embellishments beginning with R.

I have made a ring binder from scratch with chipboard and using the Tim Holtz ~ Large Ring Binder.

 

My other R's include: ric rac ribbon, red lace, red gems, red pearl and a (cameo) relief! (Websters Pages).

 

The papers I have used are October Afternoon ~ Thrift Shop: Needs Paint, Collectors Item and One of a Kind.

I am also entering this in at Stamp Something where they have a 'pretty papers' challenge.

I am horribly late posting my DT card at Crafts 4 Eternity this week, where we have a strawberries & cream colour recipe. You still have a few days to join in!

I have used Magnolia ~ Sweet Rainbow papers. Wild Red and Wild Strawberries.

The image is Magnolia ~ Strawberry Yummy Tilda and I coloured her with copics and stickles.

Over at Crafts 4 Eternity this week, we have a fabulous sketch to work with.

Here is my entry.

I have used Christmas papers on this! Teresa Collins ~ Noel. The chipboard elements are from Teresa Collins ~ Mr & Mrs collection.

Image used: Whiff of Joy ~ Ben & Nora: New Year Couple. Well, these work just as well as a wedding couple. As usual, I have coloured them with copics, added some stickles and some 'confetti'.

The large and mini tags are by Whiff of Joy also.
