I have made a ring binder from scratch with chipboard and using the Tim Holtz ~ Large Ring Binder.
My other R's include: ric rac ribbon, red lace, red gems, red pearl and a (cameo) relief! (Websters Pages).
The papers I have used are October Afternoon ~ Thrift Shop: Needs Paint, Collectors Item and One of a Kind.
I am also entering this in at Stamp Something where they have a 'pretty papers' challenge.

wow this is gorgeous!! ... do you know I have never thought of altering a ring binder, now My head is just swimming with idea's so thank you for the inspriation!!!!
